Working with you was an enriching experience for me. Your gentle and affirming coaching approach allowed me to uncover my strengths and achievements in ways I hadn’t previously noticed. I genuinely looked forward to our sessions, as your guidance broadened my leadership perspective, and I highly value the growth I experienced during our time together.

Working with you has been a truly positive experience. I’ve seen remarkable growth in the way I approach my work, especially in how I’ve reduced those instinctive, compulsory reactions and replaced them with thoughtful, well-measured responses.

It’s been inspiring to see how intentionally you’ve strengthened my communication, not only with my team but also with my family on a personal level. That improvement has made my relation smoother and more effective with everyone.

You consistently created an environment where open communication feels natural, and the results achieved together reflect that.

In my first meeting with Tsheli, I told her I needed tough feedback on how I could do better in my work and personal life, neither of which were progressing as I had hoped. Her response was, ‘I think you need to be held’ at which point I started crying and realised just how much I had been suppressing and that this was what I really needed to address if I wanted to move forward and perhaps more importantly, enjoy my life.

This is one of Tsheli’s greatest gifts, being able to look beyond what her client’s think they want, to identifying what they actually need. And this is what was transformational for me. I spent the next two years working with Tsheli on a range of matters, from fertility challenges to navigating my career and she was instrumental in me achieving both these goals. I left every session knowing myself a little better and with a clearer sense of what matters.

I felt fortunate enough to have Tsheli as my coach for more than two years while I navigated challenges in my career and personal life. On both fronts, Tsheli was able to translate what I thought I wanted from coaching into what she could see I really needed. This was transformational and enabled me to learn more about myself, focus better on what matters and move forward. I would highly recommend Tsheli - she is a truly exceptional coach and cares deeply for each of her clients.

I have really enjoyed working with Tsheli for the past two years on both an individual and team basis. She is a trustworthy mentor with outstanding listening skills, consistently offering thoughtful and relevant insights tailored to the situation at hand. Her guidance has been grounded in both real life experience and theoretical models, making complex issues clear and actionable. Above all she has been able to create a space where she has both supported and challenged me in equal measure. She has a wonderful positivity and is a pleasure to work with!

Tsheli is an exceptional leadership development consultant who designed and delivers bp’s flagship global leadership programme for colleagues from underrepresented backgrounds. The programme emphasizes discovery and self-awareness, strengthens leadership capability and community, and addresses systemic barriers to progression. Participants consistently describe it as career-shifting and unlike any other leadership development experience.

Tsheli also creates bespoke solutions for bp such as the powerful “Black joy as resilience” workshop for BRG leaders, leaving them energized, grounded, and deeply connected.

Tsheli combines scholarship, lived experience, and facilitation excellence with integrity and cultural fluency. Her work resonates emotionally and drives organizational impact. I highly recommend Tsheli to any organization seeking to authentically support and uplift leaders.

Head of D&I Programmes

Working with Tsheli over the past five years has been an extraordinary gift. We first met during a corporate leadership program, where I randomly — and so luckily — selected her as my coach. From the very beginning, she created a safe, spacious environment where I felt deeply seen and heard. Her curiosity, thoughtful questions, and remarkable ability to remember even the smallest details of my personal and professional journey make her feel like a true, lifelong companion in my growth. Her reflections and practical tools have consistently helped me move forward with clarity and confidence. Even after five years, every session with her continues to bring fresh insights and inspiration. I’m profoundly grateful for her presence and look forward to continuing our partnership.
